Rules
1. To become a customer with SportFanTournament you need to be at least 18 years old. Upon discovery that an account has been opened by a person under the age of 18 years, any funds will be confiscated and the account will be closed.
2. To register in a tournament, you should have the necessary minimum sum of money on your account.
3. After registering in the tournament the participation fee is automatically deducted from your account.
4. You may not participate in a tournament if you do not have enough money on your account.
5. You may participate in a tournament if you have inappropriate user level (beginner, expert, guru) using Bonus Points.
6. 50% of BEST predictions WIN! In other words, out of 10 members, 5 will receive the prize!
7. The prize money is 90% of the total participation fees or 85% if tournamnet is created by user.
8. 90% of the prize money distributed among the winners, in descending order, starting from best prediction.
9. SportFanTournament.com system revenue from a tournament is 10%.
10. If tournament created user, he will have 5% of the total participation fees.
11. Cashout
11.1. The minimum for money withdrawal $10
11.2. The limit for money withdrawal $200 per day
11.3. Processing time – 72 hours
11.4. Apply for the money withdrawal can be done once (1) a day (twenty-four hours)
11.5. PayPal Fee from transaction - 2%
12. Add funds
12.1. The minimum for adding money $2.00
12.2. Free when the money comes from PayPal balance or bank account.
12.3. PayPal Fee 3.4% + €0.35 EUR when the money comes from a debit or credit card or PayPal Credit
13. Create tournament
13.1. To create a tournament, your level must be expert or guru.
13.2. Experts are able to create three (3) tournaments per 7 days.
13.3. Gurus can create nine (9) tournaments in a 7 days.
13.4. To create a tournament, you must use 10 bonus points.
13.5. With each tournament that you create, you earn 5% of the total amount of the prize. The greater the sum, the more you earn.
13.6. After the tournament is created, it undergoes the moderation within 24 hours.
13.7. After the entering answers into the complete tournament, the answers are checked by the site administration.
13.8. Answers must be entered within 24 hours from the end of the sporting event.
13.9. In the case of obviously wrong answers entered, you do not get 5% of the total prize.
13.10. If your tournament involved only one (1) person you do not get 5% of the total prize.
13.11. Your participation in the tournament you created yourself is prohibited.
13.12. If you repeatedly create tournaments without obeying the rules, you will be prohibited from tournament creation.
14. The completion of the tournament, counting results.
14.1. Tournaments are closed, and the result is calculated only after the and of all sporting events associated with this tournament.
14.2. The results, outcome of events are taken from the official sites, or other reliable sources, if information from the official site was not available.
14.3. If at the end of the tournament, information not available or available only in part, the outcome of events are not counted. If desired information appeared after the completion of the tournament, the outcome of the tournament has not changed and the result is not recalculated.
14.4. If there is an error in a completed tournament, the administration reserves the right to recalculate the outcome of the tournament. If winner (winners) are the other players, then prize money may be removed from the personal account of the winner. The amount of participation fee returns to all players and administration remove tournament. The prize money is distributed to the winners in terms of results.
15. Tournament basic status
15.1. Active - tournament active for participation.
15.2. Pending - administation enter and count result.
15.3. Complited - tournament complited, rusult of tournament can wath on Results page.
15.4. Deleted - tournament was to delete the insufficient informations of reason or the other. Tournaments membership fee is returned with the 10 Bonus points.
16. When there is confusion or a misunderstanding of the Rules because of slight differences in meaning in the translation of the rules into different languages, the English version of the Rules shall prevail.
17. When opening an account with SportFanTournament, a person should only use his or her true full name.
18. An account with SportFanTournament is personal and only the owner of the account has the right to log in to the account. SportFanTournament is not responsible if a customer’s betting account is abused by a third party. The customer must keep the user name and password confidential and not permit any other person to have access to this information. Any bets placed using the correct security details will be debited from the customer’s account. In the event that a customer suspects that the user name and password have become available to any other person, the customer must communicate this to SportFanTournament immediately. New security details will then be issued to the customer.
The customer may not make bets on behalf of others. SportFanTournament reserves the right to cancel any bet made by third party.
19. The customer is responsible for providing correct personal and contact information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address etc) and updating the sameSportFanTournament reserves the right to request further information even after registration of a SportFanTournament account in order to avoid the abuse of the same account, credit card, a bank or e-wallet account etc.
20. We reserve the right to decline a new customer or close an account without having to give a reason for doing so.
21. Fraud or attempts to commit fraud or violation of the Rules may lead to reduction of betting limits, closing of account, confiscation of winnings and deposits and/or bets even decided ones. Legal action may also be taken.
22. THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY SportFanTournament IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SportFanTournament BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DIRECT OR INDIRECT PROFITS, ECONOMIC LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL LOSSES HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF CONTRACTS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, AND LOSS OF REPUTATION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SportFanTournament SERVICE, EVEN IF SportFanTournament HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
23. SportFanTournament is not liable for any loss of damage that the customer may suffer because of any act of God, power failure, trade or labour dispute, act, failure or omission of any government or authority, obstruction or failure of telecommunication services or networks, or any other delay or failure caused by a third party. In such an event SportFanTournament reserves the right to cancel or suspend the services without incurring any liability. SportFanTournament is not liable for the failure of any equipment or software, wherever located or administered, or whether under SportFanTournament’s direct control or not, that may prevent the operation of the betting services, impede the placing of orders for bets or the matching of bets or prevent the customer from being able to contact SportFanTournament.
24. The customer’s sole remedy in the event of the closure of the customer’s account by SportFanTournament for any reason shall be the reimbursement of any undisputed account balance he/she may then have, and SportFanTournament shall have no further liability to the customer whatsoever.
25. Notices and other communications delivered or mailed to the postal address or to the electronic mail address provided by the customer shall, until SportFanTournament has received notice in writing of any different address, be deemed to have been personally delivered once sent whether actually received or not.
26. Under certain circumstances we may require verification of identity and/or address in order for us to comply with the statutory requirements. The following describes the acceptable documentation.
* Passport or national identity card
* Driving licence
27. SportFanTournament not liable in the event of problems with gaming addiction.
28. The users that are engaged in cheating will be removed immediately with no right to be restored.
29. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.
30. You should follow the changes in the rules independently.
